2. Description of Service

Policy Guard provides professional security policy templates based on established compliance frameworks. The Service generates customized policies based on your company information and compliance requirements.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may not share your account with others or transfer it to third parties

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Free Plan: Free preview with limited features
  • Monthly Plan: $199/month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: $1,999/year, billed annually
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date
  • No refunds: All purchases are final. Please review plan details before subscribing.

5. Usage Limits

Policy generation limits per billing period:

  • Free Preview: 3 policies (preview only, no PDF download)
  • Monthly Plan: 10 policy generations per month
  • Annual Plan: 30 policy generations per year

6. Intellectual Property and License

Generated policies are provided for your use. You retain ownership of the content you provide (company name, industry information). The templates and software remain our intellectual property.

Proprietary Software License: This Service is proprietary software owned by United Shield Private Limited. All software, source code, documentation, templates, and generated policy content are protected under our Proprietary Software License. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. See the LICENSE file for complete terms.

Use of this Service constitutes acceptance of this license agreement and these Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer

Important: The policies generated by this Service are provided as templates and starting points only. They do not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend having all generated policies reviewed by qualified legal counsel before implementation. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of generated policies without proper legal review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
